What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3pm, and check-out is before noon.
Are there any special cancellation policies for holidays or high-season dates?
Yes, for year-end stays (12/23 – 1/1), cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a penalty equal to 2 nights, including taxes and fees.
What is required to guarantee my reservation?
A valid credit card and a deposit of 1 night (including taxes and fees) are required at the time of booking. For year-end stays, a deposit of 2 nights is required.
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Please email LOTUS@LOTUSHONOLULU.COM to communicate with hotel staff for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
Is there an amenity fee?
Yes, a daily amenity fee of $40 (plus tax) applies.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. If canceled within 72 hours, a fee equal to 1 night (including taxes and fees) will apply.
