“This is a gem of a property on the quiet end of Waikiki, close to the beach with stunning views of Diamond Head, the ocean and the hills. But the best thing about it was the incredibly personalized service from the staff. My parents' next stop was a big, expensive resort, and I feel like it was a downward move after having such a lovely stay at the Lotus. Unless you want to feel like you're wandering in a shopping mall every time you leave your room and you like the impersonal feeling of a giant resort, I would choose the Lotus if I were you!”
